Whether speaking, coaching, or training, Carmen seamlessly intertwines Biblical truths with sound theories and best practices in the areas of leadership and personal development, team and organizational effectiveness, racial justice and equity, and healthy interpersonal relationships.

Carmen is a licensed and ordained minister and a certified life coach. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Albany State University, Albany, GA); Master’s in Public Administration (University of Washington, Seattle, WA); and a Master of Divinity (McAfee School of Theology, Atlanta, GA), as well as several other industry-specific certifications.

Community involvement and service are large components of who Carmen is. She serves as a member of the ministerial staff at her church. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and serves on the board of several local and statewide community and civic organizations. She is the current Board Chair for the Griffin Spalding Chamber of Commerce and resides in Griffin, GA.
